Fish Market Chief Visits Academy

Pupils from Reynolds Academy were given an insight into Grimsby Fish Market when its Chief Executive, Martin Boyers, paid them a visit.
Mr Boyers spoke with Year 6 pupils as part of their topic H2o, telling them about the history of the fish market, the types of fish caught and the importance of the town's Dock Tower.
Teacher Rebecca Foley said: "The children really appreciated the talk given by Martin Boyers who brought along some different kinds of fish to show them. We are very grateful that he took the time to come along and speak to us."
Mr Boyers said: "The children were very well behaved and seemed to enjoy hearing about the Fish Market and seeing the different kinds of fish."
