Hats Off! It’s Almost Easter

Fabulous hats were on display as Reynolds Academy pupils celebrated Easter. Pictured (back row, l-r) are Rebecca Scott (Principal), Lilly Brocklehurst, George Taylor and Vice Principal Lisa Waring: (Front row, l-r) Blake Young, Matilda Parnell, Fleur Jennings and Nancy Swallow.

Children at Reynolds Academy have been celebrating Easter by making fabulous Easter bonnets and taking part in a parade.

The children from Key Stage One and Foundation Stages 1 and 2 (with a little help from their parents and carers) came up with some stunning hats emblazoned with rabbits, chicks, eggs and chocolate. The pupils have been learning about Easter celebrations and parents were invited in for an Easter crafts afternoon. The pupils will also take part in an Easter disco to celebrate the end of term.

Rebecca Scott, Principal of the Academy, said: “We have had an exciting time celebrating Easter and the children have had Easter-themed lunches today courtesy of caterers, Mellors. The disco will complete the term, and I am very proud of the pupils for making such lovely bonnets
