Introducing... Dahl class!

We are proud to introduce you to our Year 2 class, Dahl!

Our class name is obviously inspired by the author, Roald Dahl!

Class teacher, Mrs Gharib said: "In Dahl, we all work as a team. When one of us succeeds, we all do and when one of us struggles, we all help!"

Being a member of Dahl class means working hard and having fun at the same time!

Roald Dahl is the perfect exemplification of this as he is an inspiration to many.

What our pupils have to say:

Nellie said: "I am proud to be in Dahl class because Roald Dahl wrote my favourite story – Matilda!"

Jude said: "It’s not just the name of an amazing author but our class are fantastic because we work hard and have fun!"

Emilia said: "I like this class because Roald Dahl is an inspiration and I have lots of his books which I enjoy reading at home."

JJ said: "I love Roald Dahl because he wrote Charlie and the Chocolate Factory which is all about chocolate, YUM!"

Caoimhe said: "Roald Dahl is an inspiration because he wrote lots of funny books and made up lots of new interesting words."

Each class at Reynolds Academy is named after an inspirational person. Throughout the school year, we will be introducing each class to you to explain why we chose this inspirational person and what we do in our lessons.
